A visa refusal is not always the end

What the ART does
The Tribunal reviews the decision fresh. New evidence can be considered, and it can affirm, vary or remit the decision. Whether review is available, and on what basis, depends entirely on your specific decision and circumstances.
Why speed matters
Review deadlines are fixed by law, differ by decision type, and generally cannot be extended. If you have received a refusal or cancellation, do one thing today: get the decision letter in front of a registered professional.
